Chow Co n8n Google Reviews
Helping our restaurant team read guest feedback and manage owner replies.
What the app does
This integration is operated by Chow Co ApS for the Google Business Profiles we manage: Mæxico City, Mæxico Vesterbro, Mæxico Nørrebro, Palazzo Diner and Levantin.
It connects Google Business Profile to our internal n8n workflows. It is designed to retrieve reviews, keep them in our internal feedback system and prepare owner replies. Reply publishing is enabled only after the workflow has been reviewed by CHOW CO.
Who can use it
The app is for authorized CHOW CO team members. It is not a public sign-up service. Guests do not need to connect a Google account to leave a review or visit our restaurants.
Google permissions
A team member connects a Google account that already has permission to manage our restaurant profiles. Google requests permission to manage Business Profiles because that is the permission required for reading reviews and posting owner replies. Connecting the app does not give it access to Gmail, Google Drive or payment information.
