Who is responsible
Chow Co ApS (CVR 39088517) operates this app for its restaurant group. Contact tb@chowco.dk with questions about the app or its handling of information.
Information the app accesses
With an authorized team member's consent, the app accesses the Business Profile accounts and restaurant locations that account can manage. It reads account and location identifiers and names, review identifiers, reviewer display names, review text, star ratings, creation and update times, and existing owner replies.
The app stores authorization tokens so it can connect to Google without asking the team member to sign in for every run. These tokens are credentials, not restaurant feedback. The app does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, payment information or Google account passwords.
How we use the information
We use this information to understand guest feedback, maintain our internal review records, avoid processing the same review twice, and prepare and manage owner replies for our restaurants. When reply publishing is enabled, the reply text is sent to Google and appears publicly on the relevant review.
Authorized CHOW CO staff can access review records and workflow results as needed to manage feedback or maintain the integration. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train our own general-purpose AI models.
Storage and service providers
Our n8n system processes the integration and stores connection credentials and workflow execution records. When review ingestion is enabled, review information is also stored in our internal feedback database hosted using Supabase.
When AI-assisted reply preparation is enabled, review text, rating, restaurant name and, where needed, the reviewer's display name may be sent to OpenAI to generate a reply draft. Google authorization tokens and client secrets are not included in those requests. We use these providers to operate the feedback features described here, rather than to sell or distribute Google user data.
We restrict access to the systems holding this information and use encrypted connections when communicating with Google and our service providers.
Retention and deletion
We retain review records while needed for managing feedback and understanding restaurant performance. Connection credentials are kept while the integration needs the authorized account's access. Workflow logs and backups may retain information until their normal retention cycle completes.
Contact tb@chowco.dk to request access, correction or deletion of information held by this app. We assess requests against applicable requirements and any need to retain records. Deleting an internal record does not remove the original public review from Google.
Disconnecting Google
An authorized team member can revoke the app's access through Google Account connections and ask us to remove the saved connection from n8n. Revoking access stops future API access using that authorization; it does not automatically erase review records already stored.
Google API data
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
